At it’s core is a revolutionary system that allows a coordinated flow of different output formats - Possibly from personalised print, with emails triggered for those who don’t respond, prompted by easy-to-remember Personalised URL (PURL) web addresses that entice recipients to visit their very own personalised micro-web site draws on and builds on the data.
